Delivery Timeframes

South Africa: 2–3 business days to main centres.
Cape Town: Flat rate of R99.00.
Other Main Centres: Flat rate of R149.00.
Express Delivery: Available on request (email orders@k9dispatch.co.za).

Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible, but you’re welcome to return the item for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  • Email us at orders@k9dispatch.co.za to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
  • Clearly mark the RAN on your return parcel and include a copy of the original invoice.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused, in original packaging, and with all included components.
  • Returns must be sent via a prepaid, insured, and traceable service.
  • If return conditions aren’t met, a 15% handling fee may apply, or the return may be declined.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund or exchange.

Refunds: We’ll credit the full amount (excluding shipping) for items returned within 14 days, provided they’re unused and in their original condition.

Missing or Damaged Items: Please report any issues within 2 business days of receiving your parcel.

Exchanges: We’re happy to assist with exchanges for items returned within 14 days, as long as they’re in new condition with original packaging.
