- We can ship products anywhere in South Africa and Namibia only.
Cancellations
- If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
- If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.

- Before returning package you need to contact us at orders@k9dispatch.co.za to receive a Returns Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package).
- Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided with your Returns Authorization Number.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box - return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt In case following conditions are not met, k9dispatch.co.za reserves the right to charge 15% handling fee or refuse the return. - the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase - items and packaging must be received in new condition - the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged - packaging must include all original items.
- Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
Return Policy
- If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
- Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) provided goods are unused and are returned in the original condition.
- Although we will try and ensure that you receive your order on time, we cannot guarantee it.
- We kindly request that you ensure you are available at the specified address to receive your order and that you are contactable during business hours so that if issues do arise you can be reached.

- If you live outside the Main Centre Regions we may still be able to assist with your delivery to your area.

DELIVERY SERVICES AND COSTS
- Our courier takes on average two to three working days for delivery to Main Centres and two to four working days for Namibia deliveries.
- We charge a flat rate of R99.00 for local deliveries within Cape Town.
- For all the other Main Centres we charge a flat rate fee of R149.00
- For Namibia we will contact you with a delivery quote.
- If you require an express same day or overnight delivery we will be happy to arrange this for you just email orders@k9dispatch.co.za.
- We currently deliver to any of the Main Centre regions listed below: Bloemfontein Cape Town (including Somerset West, Strand, Stellenbosch) Durban East London George Johannesburg Port Elizabeth Pretoria Items in stock will typically ship out next business day once the payment has reflected in our account.
